How long does it take to get our photos delivered?
All clients will receive a view of unedited images to pick from in 24hr. Your final gallery is returned within 2-4 days.
For big events your final gallery is returned within 2 weeks.
Does any of your packages come with prints?
The only package that comes with prints included is two of the wedding packages. All other print orders must be done separately.
Are the travel fees included in your packages?
YES. Just inform the photographer that you are still trying to figure out the set date then we will go from there.
What happens if we need to cancel or reschedule?
Life throws surprises, and we get it! At JRA Photography, we're flexible. Need to cancel? No worries, just give us a heads-up at least two days before your session. Your deposit stays put, though it's non-refundable. If rescheduling works better, let us know two days ahead, and your deposit will carry over. You've got a two-week window to make changes without extra charges. But if it's beyond that, a new deposit will be needed. We're here to make things easy for you! The photographer reserves the right to deny service to any client(s) who repeatedly have a history of cancellations.
Do you offer videography?
No at this time I do not but highly recommend the company below!
